Cundiboya Region

This region has also been rampaged by small and medium mining operations that have sprung up. The Tópaga (Boyacá) mine gained worlwide recognition because ofits practice of forced child labor; because of their small size, children could easily move through tiny spaces and extract carbon from the mines. This mineral (metallurgic carbon) provides coke for the national industry and the rest is exported
