The United Nations has declared 2010 the International Year of Biodiversity. To mark this occasion our calendar for 2010, entitled 'our biodiversity, our lives', features 12 stunning photographs celebrating the planet's biodiversity and the people who are working to sustain it.
The photographs cover a diverse range of subjects, from deforestation in Indonesia to tree planting in Guatemala, polluted waters in north India to marine conservation in the south. The calendar not only documents the problems but also highlights how communities are working together to find the solutions.

The calendar is A4 in size (210 × 297 mm), is trilingual (English, French and Spanish) and is one of very few printed on 100% recycled post consumer paper.
The majority of the photographs for the calendar were taken by the winners of our
2009 photography competition.
