poland: "bikes for climate" action

One of the most eye-catching activities co-organized during the Climate Summit in Poznan in December was a bike tour around the Old Town organized by the FoE Poland.

poland: bikes for climate actionThe bike tour took place on December 6th, the Global Day of Action for Climate Change.


Friends of the Earth Poland / Polish Ecological Club managed to arrange the rental of bicycles so that guests from international organizations could also participate in the tour, side by side with cyclists from Poznan and other Polish cities. Over 350 cyclists participated, with Santa Claus heading the group and attracting a lot of interest. Afterwards, cyclists joined the "Climate Now" march.
