focus on friends of the earth argentina
Friends of the Earth Argentina (Federación Amigos de la Tierra Argentina) was founded in 1984, and joined Friends of the Earth International one year later. At present is a Federation assembling NGOs from different regions of the country.
The campaign areas include:
- wetlands-water,
- inland fisheries,
- dams, mining,
- human and environmental rights and climate change.
At the moment the national coordination is performed by Asociación Ambientalista Ecolapaz
