Friends of the Earth Scotland's longest ever campaign comes to an end as company withdraws quarry plans

New Parliament

FoE was the only environmental organization to support the campaign for a Scottish Parliament and are working to ensure that sustainable development and environmental justice are at the heart of the new Parliament.

Research

FoE campaigns are backed up by detailed research and survey work. The results and recommendations are published and made publicly available in a variety of reports and briefings.

Information

Each year our Environmental Information Unit provides practical advice and guidance to thousands of members of the public about helping to protect and improve the environment around them.

Active citizenship

Our Citizen Action Team provides training and guidance for communities suffering from environmental justice. Advice on issues such as planning and law has empowered countless communities across Scotland.
