8. Remuneration policy
We are following the salary scales of the “CAO Welzijn & Maatschappelijke Dienstverlening”. The salary of our Director is well below the amount indicated by the Code Wijffels (€ 83,371). Board members are not receiving compensation for their time.

Driven by our vision, we campaign on today’s most urgent environmental and social issues, such as:
- climate change
- deforestation
- corporate globalization
- food sovereignty and agroecology
We challenge the current model of economic and corporate globalization, and promote solutions that will help to create environmentally sustainable and socially just societies.
