European Commission proposals to open up service markets around the world leaked

16 April 2002 – Although the European Commission recently refused to make its proposals to liberalize services markets around the world publicly available, initial documents have been leaked to member organizations of the Our World Is Not For Sale network of anti-corporate globalisation campaigners.
