The study takes as its primary objective the mapping and obtainment of an overview of the real situation of the phenomenon of land grabbing at a national level and the legal framework of its access. With this study, UNAC in partnership with JA, seeks basic information in order to better defend the rights of peasants to be affected by illegal or unlawful transactions of land through the implementation of designed legal instruments with a view to food sovereignty.
