Impunity prevails with Transnational corporations (TNCs) that systematically violate human rights. We need an international treaty to ensure that communities affected by TNC crimes have access to justice.
In the Global Campaign to Reclaim Peoples Sovereignty, Dismantle Corporate Power and Stop Impunity we have always stressed the importance of focussing on holding transnational corporations accountable for human rights violations.
