Request for proposal – Procurement of Travel Management Services

1. Introduction 

Friends of the Earth International (FoEI) invites qualified travel management companies to submit proposals for the provision of business travel management services. 

The objective of this procurement is to appoint a travel management partner that provides reliable, cost effective and high quality travel services while supporting FoEI's operational needs, travel policy, duty of care obligations and ethical procurement principles. 

This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FoEI's Procurement Policy and the principles of transparency, fairness and value for money.
